Welcome to the beginning of your journey with Go Burrito!  As a back of house employee, you will become familiar with three basic positions that, when people are properly trained for, make the kitchen run like a well-oiled machine.   Depending on business, one person may be able to cook, prep and wash dishes.  Each role is equally important.
